Refund Policy

1. Nature of Product

QwikTwik is delivered as a fully digital product through your account. Because access is granted electronically and software can be used immediately after purchase, refund eligibility is evaluated under this policy and applicable consumer law.

2. Subscription Refunds (Monthly / Annual)

For recurring subscriptions, we generally offer a limited refund window for first-time purchases when requested promptly after the initial charge.

  • First billing cycle only: refund requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial payment.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing cycle begins, unless required by law.
  • If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date in account billing settings.

3. Lifetime License Refunds

Lifetime licenses are one-time digital purchases intended for long-term use and are generally non-refundable after activation.

A refund may be considered within 7 calendar days of purchase only if one of the following applies:

  • duplicate transaction,
  • verifiable technical inability to activate caused by our platform,
  • payment processing error, or
  • other circumstances where refund is required by applicable law.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are typically not granted in cases such as:

  • change of mind after substantial usage,
  • incompatibility with unsupported systems, custom modifications, or third-party conflicts outside our control,
  • failure to cancel before renewal,
  • claims without sufficient purchase/account verification,
  • abuse, chargeback threats, or fraud indicators.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests through official support channels and include:

  • account email and order/transaction ID,
  • purchase date and plan type,
  • detailed reason for request,
  • steps already taken with support (if technical issue).

We may request additional information to verify ownership, investigate technical issues, and prevent fraud.

6. Processing Timeline

After receiving all required information, refund requests are usually reviewed within 3-7 business days.

If approved, funds are returned to the original payment method. Final posting time depends on your payment provider and can take additional business days.

7. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, contact support so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of associated accounts and licenses, subject to applicable law.

8. Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region. Where local law provides additional rights, those rights apply.
