1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QwikTwik, including our website, account portal, downloadable software, and related digital services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or lifetime license, downloading, installing, or using QwikTwik, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Product Description and Intended Use

QwikTwik is a standalone Windows optimization utility. It is designed to help users:

• manage background processes,
• free and optimize RAM usage,
• adjust network adapter settings to reduce latency, and
• apply safe system tuning profiles, including Windows settings adjustments.

QwikTwik does not modify game files, does not inject code into games or third-party applications, and is not marketed as cheating or exploit software. You are solely responsible for how you use system optimization tools and for compliance with third-party software terms that apply to your environment.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To use paid features, you must maintain an account on our website and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information. You are responsible for:

• keeping your account credentials confidential,
• all activity under your account,
• maintaining access to a compatible Windows system, and
• keeping your operating system and drivers reasonably up to date.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms and successful payment (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QwikTwik for personal or internal business use on supported Windows devices.

Unless required by law or expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the software,
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code,
• bypass licensing, activation, or access controls,
• share account access with unauthorized users, or
• use the Service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

5. Plans, Billing, and Digital Delivery

QwikTwik is sold through fully digital plans made available in your website account dashboard:

• Monthly subscription (recurring),
• Annual subscription (recurring),
• Lifetime license (one-time payment for the licensed scope described at purchase).

Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.

All deliveries are digital only. No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided through your account, and availability may depend on service status, payment confirmation, and compliance with these Terms.

6. Updates, Availability, and Service Changes

We may update, improve, patch, or modify features at any time to maintain security, compatibility, and performance. We may also discontinue or replace specific features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or compatibility with every Windows build, hardware profile, or third-party software stack.

7. System Risks and User Responsibility

System tuning can affect device behavior. While QwikTwik is built to apply safe optimization logic, outcomes can vary by hardware, drivers, OS configuration, and installed software.

You are responsible for:

• reviewing settings before applying them,
• creating restore points or backups when appropriate,
• verifying compatibility in your own environment, and
• using administrative privileges responsibly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by QwikTwik and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, perform payment fraud, or create legal/security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel recurring subscriptions through your account billing settings. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QwikTwik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits, arising from or related to use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page, unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
